New Year!

Tomorrow is New Year's Eve. My last as a non-mom for the rest of my life. But I am not going to be going out dancing nad being crazy like past years. Instead I will be staying at work until 10:30 pm and then going back at 7:30 am on New Year's day. Bummer- but it's alright because I don't think it would be a good idea to have an old fashioned New Year's anyway.

This past weekend for Christmas we went to Arizona to spend time with both of your sets of grandparents and you cousins Tailor, Mackenzie and Madison. Right now Tailor is 11, Mackenzie is 3 1/2 and Madison is 1. We had a great time hanging out, opening presents, eating amazing food and driving back and forth between Maricopa and North Phoenix. We took my parents to Babies R Us to show them in person all the things we picked out for you to have. I also got to spend an entire afternoon hanging out with my mom and picking out some comfy clothes for me to take with me to the hospital to have you.

On Christmas morning, as I was waking up, I rolled over on to my back and grabbed your dad's hand and put it on my stomach. He felt you moving around for the first time. I will never forget that moment for the rest of my life. That was the first moment that the three of us were together.

I feel you move around on a pretty normal basis right now but no kicks that have been too strong yet. I am sure that will change. Today I am six months pregnant and I just bought you your first Angels baseball outfit today. It is a little big but you'll fit into it eventually. Good night Jack.
