Sweet delicious boys--
Although our life is pretty relentless ( up all night last night with stuffy nose Charlie after a long work week, blah blah blah), you provide so often the moments that take my breath away. They make me marvel at the work of God's hands-- that I would be given this family at this time. This world is such a complete mess. Why me Lord? Why would you give me such moments of love AND the ability to see them, love them and know they come from You? What amazing love.
Today we went to a pumpkin patch park with little kid rides and pumpkins.
We walked around and looked at everything. Jack- you were so excited on the way there but then you weren't sure about going on rides by yourself. We finally settled on the train for your first ride thinking it would be the safest bet for success. It was too soon-- you cried after one trip around and they ended up stopping the train to let you both off before continuing on for the other kids. We had a coupon in our hand for 6 other rides that I could not picture getting through!
We walked around and courageously and sweetly, you enjoyed each ride more than the previous. Until- our last ride was a swing that you ended up going on twice. On the second time-- you blew me a kiss every time you passed me. Oh my-- I thought to myself then and wanted to tell you now-
I'd blow kisses all day long to you.
